Building Common European Future in Environmental Issues – Strategy for Development and Action 27 June 2008, Belgrade - Serbia |

The Conference will bring together environmental organizations and reinforce networking and cooperation between them. The goal of this conference is to present and connect Western Balkan environmental organizations and to provide them with an opportunity to learn how EU institutions are functioning in relation to environmental issues. Partners from New EU states is planned to be NGO's from: Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Hungary and Romania. Conference will be held in Belgrade in Medija Center (within Sava Congress Center) from 10:00 to 16:00. In addition, joint Conference wrap-up dinner is planned. |
Regional environmental initiatives: the case of the South-Eastern Europe (Balkan) Regional Environmental Cohesion Initiative – "Environmental Ambassadors" president Andjelka Mihajlov will present RENCO Initiative in Section EU Institutions and Politics.
